Allows to collect information about the work of managers in retail outlets. The application can also be used to control the work of couriers.
Each manager has a certain number of points, visiting which he enters the relevant information about the tasks performed. All information received from managers is promptly uploaded to the clients ERP system (1C, SAP, etc.).
Information about points and tasks is loaded into the application from the KGK Monitoring system. Only those points that are tied to the device ID are available in the application. By default, the display of points is filtered by a radius of 500 meters around the location of the device or by selecting the Phone call mode.
When visiting a point, the manager selects its name in the list in the application window, thereby registering the beginning of his visit.
Having completed the required tasks, the manager marks them in the task list and presses the “End visit/call” button. The site visit (phone call) will be completed and the information will be sent to the Monitoring system.
If there is no Internet access, data about the visit (call) to the point is stored on the device and will be sent later when Internet access becomes possible.
